Dussehra parv sirf dharmik or sanskritik drishti se mahatvapurna nhi h . balki har rajya me banne wale tasty -tasty khane se bhi ye samriddh h . har rajya ki alag -alag famous dish hoti h.

Har rajya ke anusar dussehra ke khane

Uttar bharat

  • Uttar pradesh \bihar
  • Pan (ghar me subh mahol lane ke liye mandir me arpan ya khud khana )
  • Lakhtho -besan ke bane hote h bikul mithe -mithe ,khane me bahut swadist hote h.bihar me log ise kafi pasand krte h.
  • punjab
  • Phirni – basmati , dudh,  khoya or kesr se bani kheer jaisa hota h .

Uttar bharat (samanya )

  • Besan ke laddo or kesariya halwa ,or kishmish or jarda jaisi mithaiya bhi famous h.

Paschim bharat

Gujarat 

  • Phaphada or jalebi -kurkura jalebi mithi phaphda ke sath parosa jata h .

Maharastra 

  • Puranpoli -Mithi dal se bhari hui patli roti khane me bahut jyada priya hoti h.
  • Shrikhand ,shakkarpara ,modak ,sabudana khichdi,moong ki usal ,singhada jaise khane ki chije wha pe bahut fsamous h.

Purvi bharat

paschim bangal 

  • Rashbhari ,saidesh , malpuwa ,mishti doi ,bhogi ,khichdi ,luchi ,aalu dam jaise prane oe tasty khane .

Dakshin bharat

Tamilnadu

  • Mitha pongal (sugandhit chal dal ki kheer ),aksar sandal (dal se bna snack )ke sath

Karnatak

  • Holigo -mitha bhara flat bread
  • Sweet dosa -gud ,nariyal ,chawal orgehu se bani swadist dosa ,subh mana jata h.
  • Huli thovwe -kaddu or dal ke ath mitha -khatta ravy wala sabji

Telangana 

  • Malida – bachi hui rotiyo ko gud ,ghee or khaskhas milakar mitha khana taiyar kiya jata h.

Kerela 

  • Vijyadashmi sagha – pura sakahari bhojan jisme paysam (kheer) sabse pramukh hota h.

Maharastra \goa 

  • Varan bhat -dal chawal ka sadharan leki paustik vyanjan

Jharkhand 

  1. Thekuwa
  • Thekuwa jharkhand or bihar ka paramparik vyanjan h.
  • Ise aate ,gud or ghee se banaya jata h . Duseehre or anya tyoharo par ise prasad ke roop me bata jata h.

2. Khaja

  • Maide or chini se banne wala kurkura or mitha pakwan
  • Mele or ghar dono jagah bahut lokpriya h.

3. Puri or sabji

  • Dussehra par khaskar kaddu ki sabji ,chana dal ya alu ki sabji ke sath garam -gaam puriya banai jati h.
  • Ye puja ka bhog or parivar ke khane ka hissa hota .

4.Kheer (dudh or chawal ki kheer )

  • Tyohar par mithaas badhane ke liye dudh , chawal or gud \chini se bani kheer bahut famous h.

5. Dal bhat or tarkari

  • Jharkhand ka mukhya paramparik bhojan dal -bhat dussehre par bhi vishesh roop se banaya jata h.
  • Isme maqusami sabjiya ya lauki ,kaddu ,baingan ki sabjiya bhi banai jati h.

6. Mansahari Bhojan

  • Aadiwasi or kai parivaro me dussehre ke din matan kari, chicken jhol or chawal bhi khaas pakaya jata h.

7. sthaniya snacks or mithaiya

  • Pitha ,dhuska ,arsa roti bhi kai jagaho par bante h.
  • dussehre ke mele me jalebi ,emarti or gulab jamun khub bikte h.

Bharat ke anya hisse ( samanya \rudhta aadharit)

  • Murukku , rva keshari ,kachori , vada – dussehra ke samay dakshini or paschimi hisso me bante h.
  • Basundhi ,pal paysam ,nachani barfi ,pini , pesha jaisi mithaiya bhi tyohar ki mithaas ko badhati h.
