- Phirni – basmati , dudh, khoya or kesr se bani kheer jaisa hota h .

- Besan ke laddo or kesariya halwa ,or kishmish or jarda jaisi mithaiya bhi famous h.

- Puranpoli -Mithi dal se bhari hui patli roti khane me bahut jyada priya hoti h.

4.Kheer (dudh or chawal ki kheer )
- Tyohar par mithaas badhane ke liye dudh , chawal or gud \chini se bani kheer bahut famous h.

- Jharkhand ka mukhya paramparik bhojan dal -bhat dussehre par bhi vishesh roop se banaya jata h.
- Isme maqusami sabjiya ya lauki ,kaddu ,baingan ki sabjiya bhi banai jati h.
6. Mansahari Bhojan
- Aadiwasi or kai parivaro me dussehre ke din matan kari, chicken jhol or chawal bhi khaas pakaya jata h.

- Pitha ,dhuska ,arsa roti bhi kai jagaho par bante h.
